Manufacturing Process
Our toughened glass is produced using advanced heat-treatment technology.
The glass is heated to over 600°C and rapidly cooled to lock in surface compression — creating a product that is exceptionally strong and resistant to impact, bending, and temperature fluctuations.
Optional heat-soak testing ensures reliability for structural installations such as balustrades, façades, or flooring.
