It all began when a group of experienced contractors, each a specialist in their own trade, realised that most clients shared the same frustration — having to juggle multiple companies just to complete one home project. The builder would finish the structure, the carpenter would arrive weeks later, the electrician wouldn’t coordinate with the designer, and communication often fell apart somewhere in between.
They knew there had to be a better way. So, together with a like-minded architect who shared their passion for design and precision, they decided to combine their skills and experience under one name — No1 London.
